The main objectives of this site are:

  • to identify some of the most common misconceptions and general differences in property legislation, costs and procedures abroad compared with those of the UK
  • to provide information about key areas of dispute, such as contract disputes, mis-selling, fraud and unlawful developments

By informing investors who face contractual difficulties we hope to equip them to make appropriate decisions about the steps needed to safeguard their investments.
